Summary
Divine intervention smacks Goemon in the face, sending him off for another round of training at a familiar monastery. However, much has changed in the decade since he last visited. His beloved teacher is gone. Those that remain have taken an oath of silence and refuse to speak to them. They spend day in and out building a tower and mining something that isn't supposed to exist in Japan. What's going on? What's the monastery's end goal? How can Goemon fix anything when he's already broken?
