HawksDabi

Summary:

If you were to rewind time to back when Hawks was free to be foolish. When he was a famous hero hidden in the shadow of not one but two giant names. Before he took on the role of spying on the league of villains. He never could've imagine where he would end up.

Notes:

This will have multiple chapters. Im not sure if it will stay in the Mini Fics, I may move it as a stand alone if I end up writing a lot.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: How it starts

Chapter Text

In the recessed alleyways behind the busy streets weaved a never ending maze. Home to the bandits, thieves, and most importantly the league of villains. Since their last base was reduced to rubble they were forced to separate into a smaller location. There were two. One was the headquarters where Shigaraki and his closest allies stayed. The other housed Dabi, despite Shigaraki's refusal to agree to it. Dabi despised large groups, let alone being forced to his free time with them alone in the new hideout. He chose to break into a small abandoned apartment just a few streets over. Secluded from humanity and drowned in the silence he adored. A silence that was short lived when he met a certain red winged chicken.

Hawks had successfully gained the trust of the league of villains. He wasn't sure that he would enjoy himself since all he was supposed to do was relay information back to the hero commission and play both hero and spy on a daily basis. But after meeting a dark haired, scarred, and rather attractive villain who was reluctant to trust him. Keigo realized that this assignment would be a lot more fun than expected.
For days he traveled between locations. The agency, the villain hideout, his home. The blond had a spacious flat. A one bedroom with large glass windows that open up to a balcony. Ideal for when he doesn't want to climb the stairs. Sure, he liked it but he was a social bird, so coming home to a silent home was rather boring. So when he found out that Dabi was a recluse who had a space of his own, he was determined to bother him until the flame wielder warmed up to him. (All pun intended)

“Don't burn my chicken nuggies!” Hawks whined while Dabi stood in the kitchen fuming about all the frozen snacks that filled his freezer. “What the fuck you overgrown crow, I'm gonna burn more than just those. I'm beginning to think a human sized roast chicken sounds pretty good right now.” -EEEEEK!- He squealed and spread his wings to fly away, but forgot that he was still inside the apartment and ended up tripping over the torn up couch. Landing face first against the roughed up wood floor. “I'M NOT A CHICKEN!”
