   With the death of the Prime Minister, the Japanese government has been reformed and divided into two: the 'Central Government' and the 'Five Capitals'.

   The Five Capitals include five Prime Alpha Supremes who swore to protect and guard the nation in return for a higher or equal treatment with the central government, and a grandmaster who set the rules for the Prime Alphas and made sure that no war will occur in Japan. Then in a blink of an eye, the grandmaster disappeared and there came - a Rare Male Prime Omega.
