Her tears won’t stop no matter how much she tried.
They just kept flowing down from her face as she took flight, fleeing away from Twilight with the Princess.
Though all she wished was to meet Twilight in person even if it was through a disguise, it was completely beyond her that he would recognize her so quickly. Her mannerisms and that greeting she did must’ve gave it away.
If only her bashfulness didn't get in the way, perhaps they could have conversed properly like they once did in their training. She clicked her tongue at the thought of it…
Feeling some loss in all of these feelings of gladness and joy.
With a sigh, as her tears continued on, she mused to herself, ‘if only I wasn’t so–’
“But you must be glad, right?”
She snapped out of her thoughts and turned her head slowly to the Princess who smiled warmly at her. Her gaze faltered a bit, confusion arising in the pit of her stomach…
As to why this girl was willing to help her meet with Twilight.
She averted her watering eyes from her, still feeling that smile being directed at her as another thought surfaced in her head, ‘if it weren’t for the Princess, I wouldn’t have the courage to at least talk with him.’
She wanted to thank her, but in that moment all she could say was…
“Yes!”
When her tears managed to have eased down a bit, she could offer something the Princess would like as a token of her gratitude.
But for now, she'd let such emotions and her crying to go on...
