Summary
Years after they grew apart, Marcus has a serendipitous run-in with Kat, a childhood friend and neighbor, while visiting The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Swept back into her life and caught up in the fire of their rekindled friendship, he comes to terms with the failed relationships of his past while allowing himself to open up his heart again. Life Imitates Art uses beautiful pieces of artwork as the bridge between Marcus and Kat’s shared past and the new memories they are forging together.
This story is written from a second-person POV, but the reader is named and her physical attributes will be described within the story. There is also a small age gap (three years) between Marcus and Kat.
