Perhaps the worst thing in all of this, if Megumi can even pick between what’s uncomfortable and what’s truly intolerable, is how sincere Gojou is. Scents don’t lie and Gojou’s never does, if the years they’ve spent together hasn’t been one prolonged lie — Gojou thinks he loves Megumi, truly believes Megumi wants to be confined to his laughably tiny suite unless he’s being paraded at a clan function or Gojou wants a change of scenery when they mate.
It would be easier to hate Gojou if he didn’t rub reverent hands across Megumi’s stomach, but life had stopped being easy from the moment the Zen’in clan collapsed.
