   Summary

   Sara's traumatic symptoms flare up after her encounter with Bishop, making her feel out of control. She has a nightmare and despite being tired, frustrated, and hopeless, she resists the temptation to regress further in order to grapple with her twisting emotions. Ava interrupts her spiral and takes her back to bed, reminding Sara to slow down and take things in one day at a time.
