A young mother is recovering in the Constellation Hospital, suddenly gasping for breath and reaching for the call emergency button but failed. The hospital doctors are baffled and mystified by her death. However, this isn't the first case that this evemt had happened. Just as patients are about to be release from the hospital, their conditions will take a sudden turn for the worse case, death.
Police Commander Yoo Jonghyuk together with his team, the News Anchor/Writer Han Sooyoung and company are solving the mystery, just as some idiot squid fell victim.
