Summary
Bakugou Katsuki has used his quirk often since the day he was blessed with it. He's a prolific hero who has worked hard and moved up the ranks to achieve his dreams, but his friends worry as that all seems to be disappearing as he loses his hearing.
Ember Lewis worked as a pro hero in the past, using her telepathy quirk for communication and honing in on brain waves to assist in becoming a great archer. A past that she wants to forget drives her to leave pro hero work, but after a year she realizes its part of who she is. She can't return as a pro in the States, so she answers the call for assistance with a highly-ranked and hearing impaired hero in Japan.
An enemies (sort of) to lovers story about appearances and how they can be decieving, and what truly makes someone a hero.
