    Izuku knows this song, too, his Mama used to sing it to him when he was younger. And while he grew older and could go to sleep by himself, some days he would just sit with his Mama, and she would sing this for him. And Izuku would lay his head in her lap, dozing to the feeling of her hands in his hair, the sound of her voice, and the gentle vibrations of her chest as she sang their special lullaby.

    Growing up, Midoriya Inko comforted Izuku by singing for him, giving him a warm and safe place to retreat to when the world got to be too much. And now, Izuku will be able to do so for Eri.
