Scaramouche, no.6 of the Fatui Harbingers has finally gotten his day off. How will he spend his time? Well then, let's find out! Scaramouche returned home from his long day, running around doing things as a Fatui Harbinger, wondering what he shall do. He suddenly had the bright idea to go see that astrologist, Mona.<3
Scaramouche stumbled over near Mondstadt, trying to avoid getting caught. He came upon the tiny little home that "stood" before him. Oh yeah, it definitely seemed like that astrologists house. It was so tiny yet, looked so peaceful...he slightly knocked, hoping for an answer. Just then, he heard a voice from inside. "Coming! One second, please!" He recognized that voice, it was Mona's. (<3) The door opened to a woman wearing a dark colored nightgown, her hair still pulled back as the usual. "Hello there, fatui." Scaramouche's cheeks went a bit bright. Her whole house felt like the starry sky that he had hated oh so much. "My my, astrologist. You seem different from what you're usually like. I've never seen you wear something like that...is this how you treat your guests?" He teased the woman with his words, and his gaze from his blue eyes that shone so brightly...just like the stars that she loved.
There were definitely differences between the two but you know what they say!... Opposites attract!! The woman replied "Stop being such a tease. Now, what might you need from me, Scaramouche?" Her gaze deepened as well as his, her eyes blue as well, staring as if she could see right through him. "I was wondering if you might be busy?" He asked. "Who's asking?" She said jokingly, her face going a bit pink. "Maybe I should get going then?" He chuckled as Mona had a panicky look on her face. You could tell she didn't want him to leave just yet. "Oh? Why the face?" The boy asked. "Did you not want me to leave that bad~!" The man said as the woman's faced turned bright red. "I can tell it's been a long day for you." Mona said trying not to stutter from being flustered because of the previous conversation. "It has indeed been a long day. I just wish I could lay down with someone." He was so obviously trying to hint at something. "Come then. Come lay here with me." Mona said, her face bright red. You can tell that took some courage. "That's absurd!! But..if you insist." Scaramouche said. He knew that's what he wanted, he was just so stubborn.
They laid there together on the bed, his head underneath her chin, them leaning on each other, and of course...Mona. Mona was going on and on about the stars, one of her most favorite things out of anything in the world. This astrologist, of course, just couldn't get enough. As she kept going on, there was one topic that had interested him. That was the "endless sky" theory. "Is there really anything past the stars?" Mona continued "I believe there is. Past all the milky ways and anything else up there in the beautiful shining sky. In this endless sky there must be endless stars..right?" She said. "What about the nights when there are no stars? What would you do then, miss astrologist?.." Scaramouche said. He added, "The stars bring me to feel nothing but bitterness towards it. For some reason, I just hate the stars." He claimed. Mona was able to put up with this, although it did upset her a bit when hearing that from him of all people. "Right..I'll stop talking about this then. We can just lay here." She had said with a sad and disappointed tone in her voice. Scaramouche didn't feel the least bit sorry..in fact, he had already started falling asleep. Mona rubbed her fingers through his hair and began giving him soft kisses on his cheek, then running down to his neck. She wrapped her arm around his chest, holding the harbinger tightly. She was happy and calm, which was what Mona had needed at that moment. She started to doze off until she had finally fallen asleep. Scaramouche had been awake when she went down his neck, of course he was flustered but of course he didn't mind it. He turned to face her, wrapping his arms around her and gave her a small kiss by the edge of her lips. He reached to touch her face, turning a beet red. Removing any jewelry she had on and then removing any accessories he had on. He laid his head on her and drifted off to sleep, enjoying his day off knowing he had made the most of it. This was the right choice he made and as he drifted off, he hoped to one day be more intimate with this astrologist, Mona. He knew he loved her, he just didn't want to admit. The 6th harbinger falling in love with this astrologist he should hate? Of course he wasn't able to admit that he loved her...but for now, this was enough for him. This cold hearted Fatui Harbinger would surely be laughed at, although he wouldn't mind. Deep down, he would do anything for her, even if it meant risking his life to save her. Even after him dozing off, he opened his eyes once more and gave her an actual kiss. Her soft lips felt so delicate as they brushed against his. Finally, he put his head back down closing his eyes, and hoping Mona wouldn't wake up. Indeed she didn't, she stayed asleep. You could tell she was tired from all of her star studying, her eye bags weren't too heavy. Now the Fatui had drifted back off, the illuminating light shining through the curtain from the beautiful full moon they had that night. "Maybe the stars aren't too bad." The man muttered before officially going back to bed. They held onto each other all night without letting go. <3
