The fight at Jaku hospital changes course when Uraraka, Ida, and Tsu decide to follow after their classmates when they don't return. They witness Midoriya in his battle with Shigaraki, ultimately saving him, resulting in them eventually learning about One for All. They successfully stop Midoriya from running away...for now.
OR
How the series would have progressed if the ending was not so rushed and some of the deeper themes around the corruption within hero society, the grey area between heroes and villains, and what it truly means to help people were fully explored. Slower and more earned uncovering of the previous wielder's quirks. Focus on Uraraka as main driver of the story (as she deserves).
