Work Text:
When the alarm goes off at the godawfully early time of 4:30am, the sun hasn’t begun to rise, and their bedroom is still cloaked in darkness; not wanting to fall over after stumbling in the dark, Langa snaps on the bedside lamp, grimacing in discomfort, and mumbles, “Mind your eyes,” to his boyfriend.
Said boyfriend whines but reluctantly removes his pillow from over his head, grumbling about the time—and yelps as the light dazzles him.
“I did warn you,” Langa says, smiling, and Reki throws the pillow at him; Langa ducks to avoid it, and Reki lets out a weak, sleepy chuckle.
