Summary
A somewhat historically accurate year with The Darcys, this narrative calendar is a daily gossip newsletter about the happenings at Pemberley after the end of Pride and Prejudice.
In September: Elizabeth visits Longbourn with her sisters and to distract from her absence, Mr. Darcy builds a pianoforte. In October: Pemberley hosts a fox hunt, during which Col. Fitzwilliam and Caroline Bingley fall in love. In November: Georgiana goes to London and has a romance. Meanwhile at Pemberley, Mr. Darcy starts writing Elizabeth daily love letters (even though they live in the same house.) In December: The Gardiners visit to celebrate Christmas.
In January: Mr. Darcy teaches Elizabeth how to ice-skate. The Bennets visit Pemberley and the younger Bennet girls become entangled in a neighbor's star-crossed romance. In February: Pemberley is snowed in and Elizabeth goes crazy from being trapped. In March: Lady Catherine comes to visit, bringing the Collins with her and Elizabeth tries to mend relations between her ladyship and the Darcys.
