   Summary

   Geralt, Yennefer and Jaskier find themselves in a cell after being ambushed on the path. Their captors are after Ciri, but the princess is safe in Kaer Morhen, deep in the mountains. Only the wolf witchers know the way there, the journey too dangerous for anyone unaccompanied. As a last attempt to please their Emperor, the Nilfgaardians turn to drastic measures to coerce the information from the famed White Wolf, measures that could cost his friends their lives.
