Chapter Text
This situation was quickly becoming a regular problem, Marius realized, probably a result of ending up in the middle of their bed. One of his arms was wrapped around Alice’s waist, who was curled into his left side. She also seemed to have decided that his chest was comfier than an actual pillow, humming against him in her sleep as she so often did. On his right was Artem, arms wrapped around the younger, face buried into Marius’s hair.
Both of his lovers were cuddlebugs, plain and simple. And while they were heavy sleepers, Marius knew trying to extract himself from this situation would wake up one or both of them. Maybe if it was just his muse turning him into a pillow, or maybe if it was just blue jay spooning him, he’d be able to get out without waking either.
But both? That was a fatal tag team.
He could barely move and even if he could maybe reach around either of his lovers, all electronics were in the drawer of the bedside table (Alice’s rules). So really, all he could gather from his precarious position was it was 6AM, so he had about two hours until his first class. He knew Alice’s first alarm was for 7AM and thus it’d be an hour until she’d be aware enough for him to move without feeling the guilt of waking her.
Artem was a toss up if he’d wake up 30 minutes before his usual time or five minutes after.
So.
Marius was stuck.
He sighed to himself, before pulling Alice closer to him as he snuggled closer to Artem’s chest. If he was stuck here, Marius would enjoy the warmth of his lovers. He could only smirk as he felt Alice press up against him even more in her sleep and Artem tighten the now slightly slack arms.
He wanted a jay bird-made breakfast, and he’d get it for getting stuck like this. Even if Marius would have to rush to his classes later, it would be worth the extra time with both of his loves, asleep or awake.
