   Summary

   Nobody really paid much attention to Hanataro. He was quiet, kept his head down and did his job. He didn’t mind it - being ignored. Oh, he was often praised by Unohana-taicho and Kotetsu-fuku taicho, but to the general population he was just another in the sea of black shihakusho.

   It wasn’t until a routine expedition in the Rukongai that things changed. The Fifth division were sent out - Ichimaru-fuku taicho leading - to exterminate some troublesome hollows that had found their way into the Soul Society. Unfortunately, the mission went sideways and a relief squad had to be sent out. This was the first time Hanataro had been sent out after being promoted to Seventh seat.
