Work Text:
He still remembers the pounding of his heart, the dimmed lights, the flashing alarms as he works through the Kamino base, grabbing child after child, not stopping till every child and every bit of him is away from those bastards. Taking batch by batch to his ship, even the unborns. Only coming back for personal items and supplies. Running far far far away from Kamino, with every one of his children. And now as he lays low, working his way back home, he smiles. The children are giggley, bubbly babies and toddlers, snuggled close to him in the tiny bunk in the cool ship as he takes turns feeding them. It feels like at all times two children suckle at his chest, running his chest raw. Currently Boba and Omega feed at his breast. The others, swaddled in soft fleece blankets, either full or waiting their turn. He watches as the two unlatch, snuggled up in their blankets as he helps another pair latch on to his sore nipples, a result of the constant nursing.
His chest might hurt with over production of milk and his nipples sore from constant nursing and pumping. And he's running on so little sleep, living on the run. But his children are safe and happy. That's all that matters.
