Summary
The police had been allowed re-entry after the military was pulled out of Detroit. A slow, steady process of tense negotiating finally concludes with Detroit’s official repopulation, just in time for Christmas. Humans can return to their homes, to jobs now opened up as thousands of aching businesses become desperate for workers, never deterred to get into Holiday cheer. But first things first; what’s to become of thousands of “liberated” androids?
