Calli is planting some seeds as she wipes off the sweat on her forehead with a big smile on her face “I hope she’ll like it” Calli exclaims before taking a sip of ice cold water. Walking back inside looking around her big and empty house as she remembers all the memories she and her wife has made in this small cottage as a single tear roll down her face.
”come on Calli!” A quite voice echos in her head as she looks at the kitchen where she can see an imagery Kiara dragging her by her hand towards a cake on the counter.
Walking towards the counter she picks up a frame of her in a black suit with a red tie and a beautiful girl in a white dress in her arms kissing placing the photo back down a imaginary knife stabs her heart biting her lip walking past the kitchen into the living room.
Another image of Kiara forms in her mind as she recalls the night they both watched movies together as Kiara snuggles into her arms “hey Calli you know I love you” Kiara whisper quietly but Calli plants a small kiss on her forehead as her answer.
An imaginary block of cement glues on her feet as she slowly takes another step into the hallway.
A bunch of photos can be seen from they first met back in the Hololive HQ, then when they went to sing at a karaoke, when Kiara fell on her butt at the ski resort, Kiara catching a jet plane back to her home, finally when they meet their gen mates, next was their wedding holding hands with rings on each other finger, and finally a picture of Kiara from the funeral home.
Calli reaches out her hand to run her hand down the last photo a smile forms on her lips but if you pay attention you can see their is no happiness behind it as a black hole form in her stomach an abyss that can never be closed.
Walking towards her room her body feels heavy as lead slowly turning the door knob and walking in the room looking around she notices her bed and the imprint showing another person use to sleep here but now she sleeps in this bed by herself not having her Phoenix to warm her up the cold heart she has that use to be warm and beat happily like it was dancing when she besides Kiara.
Finally she speaks “god damn it Kiara I miss you please I can’t stand this feeling of being alone anymore I need you” she finally sub comes to weight falling to her knees as she sobs into the side of bed where Kiara use to lay at.
“Umm hello is anyone home” a quite voice echos throughout the home, Calli raises her head her eyes red and Buffy wiping away the tears standing up and straighten her clothes before leaving her room and walking to the front door.
A lone figure of a girl with fire behind her stands in front of the garden like a flower that has just bloomed.
