“See You Later Mikasa…” A familiar voice rang in Mikasa’s mind as she awoke. “Mikasa… Mikasa…” She groaned, opening her eyes to see Eren looking at her concerned. “Eren?” She asked, sitting up. “Aw when did your hair get so short?” She reached up to feel his hair. His eyes widened before he looked away, hiding his face behind his scarf. “My hair’s always been this length. You’re not making any sense. C’mon, your mom is waiting for us.” He adjusted the bag of sticks on his back, looking at her again. His face scrunched up in concern once more as he saw the state she was in. “Mikasa, why are you crying?” She reached to feel her face, tears rolling down her cheeks. “I’m not sure.” She answered, confused and still sleepy. “It feels like I just had the longest dream, although I can’t remember what it was about.” She yawned.
