   Everyone had a soulmate. Everyone had that one person...that one that just felt right. The person that you were made for and was made for you and you'd be completely compatible forever. Your soul identifying mark-a mark that fit the both of you, only showed up in one of two circumstances. Either your soulmate kissed that spot, in which case, the mark would burn a tattoo into your skin...or your soulmate truly believed their life was in danger. In either case, once the mark was there, pressing it could transmit emotions to help the other. If you were physically close it would transmit thoughts as well. Other than that, all the 'soulmate' was, was a sort of draw to the type of person that was meant for you. It was a silly concept and only the deliriously hopeless romantics ever bothered to even try and find their soul mates. Even in those that tried, finding the other was usually more a point of coincidence than of the actual hunt.
