   Summary

   After V is unceremoniously kicked out of the corporate world, she becomes a Night City mercenary alongside her longtime best friend Jackie. It takes them over two years, but are they finally sought after by none other than the Queen of the Afterlife herself, Rogue Amendiares.

   V is tapped for the gig because of her Corpo know-how, and because, like Jackie, she is expendable. The project is part of a larger masterplan, and Rogue has a techie on the inside. It is imperative that her insider stay anonymous.
