Summary
Bella has mentally prepared herself for her move to Forks, Washington to the best of her ability. She's prepared for the cold, wet weather. She's prepared to be known as the new girl, the one whose mother left the police chief, Charlie, when she was a baby. She's even prepared to share the one bathroom in Charlie's house. What she hasn't prepared for is to be seated next to Edythe Cullen in her biology class.
Twilight, but reworked with Edythe instead of Edward. I've always preferred Edythe's personality to Edward's and Beau's to Bella's (as well as Beaus/Edythe's dynamic in general), along with a lot of the writing in Life and Death to Twilight. So, this is a bit of a blend to both novels, keeping aspects of Beau that were appealing while preserving Bella and integrating Edythe to the original story.
There is some tweaking to make the story flow and address that Bella and Edythe being gay would naturally change some things and character interactions, but I tried to keep it as natural as possible.
