"Silly of you to think anyone would care"
Koko reaches for Inui's cheek, the latter was seemingly unamused as he lets it happen. He lets his palm touch the skin there, caressing the milky softness. Koko traces Inui's undereye with the tip of his thumb. The blonde looks down at his hand.
"Silly of anyone who thinks you're anything short of beautiful" Koko quips, slightly pouting, like those hypothetical people offended him more than Inui.
He feels the blonde sigh, feel his warm breath on his wrist. He closes his eyes, as if deep in thought. Maybe he was. Koko reaches farther back on the other's neck until he can feel the scarred skin. Inui leans onto his hand, turning his head just enough so his lips could meet Koko's palm.
He kisses it there.
"Do you mind?"
Koko blinks, unsure of what he was asking. But he guesses anyway.
"Mind your burn mark? You're seriously asking me that?"
Inui smiles, a playful glint in his eyes. He knows Koko doesn't mind it. He just needs some sort of verbal confirmation.
"I don't. I damn near kiss it everyday Inupi"
"Ok"
Koko scoffs, annoyed at that little snide on the other's face.
"C'mon then, I'll company you to cut it as short as you want"
"Ok" he repeats.
Before Koko could pull his hand away, Inui's own hand presses against it. Holding it close and using it to hide his giddy smile.
"Stupid" Inui whispers into his hand.
