You've heard the stories about your childhood home
They about the mafia boss that use to live there back in the day but was killed along with his bodyguard
But that wasn't the whole story
Nor were the things people added in true
Of course, the only way to get the would be from the horse’s mouth
The whole truth and nothing but the truth
And that's all she ever told you
Ever since you could remember she was always there
Always watching
Waiting
Soon finding that you were the only one that could see her
Hear her
Feel her
Right by your side was where she stayed
As you started to grow, she would become more active
At some point even being able to follow you to school
She proved to be your greatest ally
Whenever someone picked on you, they were dealt with
Whenever there was someone threatening, they were dealt with
Anyone who meant harm in any way they were dealt with
How she dealt with them you never know only that they never bother you again
to the point you just never say them again
It's not like she could ever hurt anyone
Right?
She was always so kind and sweet towards you
She would never truly hurt anyone
Right?
Years passed and now the house was yours
It was nice being able to talk with her without looking crazy
But looking crazy wasn't what you had to worry about anymore
Whenever there were people over, she had this look on her face
One that you've never seen before
It only gotten worse when you get a partner
Any time they came around she would disappear
Yet you could still feel her eyes on you
Then one day
They stopped showing up
This wasn't the first heart ache you've had
But at least
You won’t alone
Your never alone
That she will make sure of
Not have history repeat itself after all
She won't let anything or anyone hurt her new master
