Her little finger would twitch every now and again. It wasn’t something she took major note of—a magnesium deficiency, stress, trauma—any combination of a million things could cause the little twitch of her little finger.
A porcelain teacup shattered when two fingers twitched. Pride welled up within her when the golden shards went dancing across the floor. Her thoughts began to race with words that didn’t seem natural.
