“It’s going to be okay,” Izuna sighs in a series of clicks that is the language their mother spoke. He’s tried to uphold using it enough to not forget.
Madara hasn’t made the same effort to practice, but he tries his best all the same “I am a good turtle.”
Izuna knows what he means.
