    What intrigued Clarke about the human world wasn't the life itself, the desire to be human and not have to worry about being seen as different. What intrigued her was him, Bellamy Blake. She's never met him but his name ricochets through her spirit.

     

    Bellamy has lived his whole life thinking there was something wrong with him. The things he was capable of weren't possible for a human. He has hand visions of a girl with clear blue eyes for as long as he can remember. The only thing he knows for certain is she's the other half of his soul.
