   Summary

   Bucky runs New York and no one refuses a thank you from him. Until Lotus moves to the city. Yes, she is new to the area -he will let her have that first mess up. However, after enough time for people to fill her ears with the various "rumors" of what he has done and how their are no limitations to what he will do. She still refuses him. Bucky needs a strong willed woman like Lotus and he will have her. He will have her come to him willingly, because a smile such as hers is only beautiful when sincere.
