Okay so Neil was pretty sure he’s one day gonna have a fucking heart attack because of Shaun.
Neil was showering when suddenly the shower curtain opens. Neil yelled in surprise and covered his crotch.
“Neil are we- don’t scream it’s just me” Shaun put his hand over Neil’s mouth to silence him. Shaun stared at Neil like he was the weird one. “Anyways are we out of chocolate? I can’t find it” Shaun asked casually as if he didn’t just barge into the shower with a wet naked Neil inside .
“Uh- yeah there isn’t any chocolate left” Neil answered feeling flustered.
Shaun nodded. Neil was expecting him to leave now and let Neil finish his shower. But he didn’t. He just stood there with his hand still holding the shower curtain keeping it open.
Neil cleared his throat “are you- do you need anything else?” He asked. “Maybe” Shaun replied. Neil was so confused “are you going to tell me what it is?” He asked sounding confused.
“I haven’t showered” Shaun stated. “Yeah you haven’t” Neil agreed but still didn’t know what Shaun was trying to tell him.
“You’re still not yet done”
“Yeah”
“Getting the chocolate chips and cooking the pancakes could take 40 minutes”
“Uh-huh”
“Getting ready takes 15 minutes”
“Mm-hmm”
“After all that we have 10 more minutes which you will be spending taking a shower then after that there’s no more time to do anything else before going to the hospital”
“What are you trying to say”
“I’ll shower with you”
“Okay- wait what?”
Neil looked at Shaun with wide eyes did- did he just say- wait-
“Come again?” Neil asked
“I said I’ll shower with you” Shaun suddenly tensed “unless you don’t want me to?”
“What? Of course I want you to shower with me” Neil winced that came out so wrong . “Sorry- I meant it’s fine I was just surprised that’s all” he explained.
Shaun visibly relaxed at that and started taking off his clothes.
Neil’s breath hitched. He’s seen Shaun naked before but it always surprised him how beautiful Shaun was.
He didn’t notice Shaun moving until Shaun pinned him against the wall and kissed him. Oh so this is what you were trying to say Neil kissed back as he figured out why Shaun wanted to get in the shower with him.
If they end up coming to work late then... that’s a future Neil and Shaun problem
