Work Text:
Dean comes out of his room, a dark blue robe loosely wrapped around his body. Smelling coffee, he blindly stumbles in the kitchen. Seeing Castiel in a matching robe and slippers, he quietly slides his arms around his angel’s waist, kissing his neck, and whispers in a low and gruff voice, “Hey, baby”
“Hello, Dean. Mind giving me some eggs so I can make you breakfast?”
“Coffee isn't done yet?”
Turning around for a soft kiss, he quietly answers, “Not yet”
“I’m not gonna last the morning without coffee, Sunshine.”
Smiling softly, Cas ignores his boyfriend while he walks to the fridge, Dean not letting go.
“Dean, what happened to ‘personal space’?”
“...it's non-existent between us now.. you have a problem with that?” Dean asks smugly.
Cas slowly turns around to face him, locking eyes with each other.
“Breakfast first, Dean.”
Seeing the green button light up from Mr. Coffee, he holds Dean tight by the waist. With a mischievous smile, Cas tells Dean, “Your coffee’s done.”
Knowing Dean is now trapped, he watches him struggle to get free; Cas laughing all the while.
“What happened to you being clingy, Dean? Give your angel some love.” Cas continues to laugh while Dean still struggles as he tries to reach for the far away coffee maker.
“Cas, if you don’t let me go, I swear to God, I’m gonna slap you with some handcuffs.”
“Promise?”
“Cas!”
Reluctantly letting go, Cas tells Dean, “but don’t start something you can’t finish, Dean.” He basically sprints to the far side of the kitchen to grab two mugs.
Immediately taking a sip around his mug filled with coffee, he moans as he looks at Castiel and winks.
“You drive a hard bargain, Mr. Winchester.”
