"Okay we'll be back later tonight, Rose you're in charge, and make sure none of the boys mess with anything," Hermione demands. Her maple eyes staring each and every kid down with the seriousness of a hawk. Hermione wasn't one to play around with especially when it came to rules. You should know better not to break them, but people always tend to test her patience no matter what she demands.
"What no fair I'm two days older than her I should be in charge" whined Scorpius. He crossed his arms in defeat, seamlessly pouting out his lower lip in a childish manner. Rose huffed and playful slapped Scorpius arm.
"Stop acting like a big baby, it doesn't suit you." she commented. Her face screamed annoyed in the way her eyes became slits and her lips formed a grimace.
Scorpius shot back, giving the same look to Rose. "I'll act like a big baby whenever I want to!"
"Oh shut up, you know I'm more responsible than you" Rose shoots back.
In front of them Harry sighs in exasperation. He shakes his head and looks at them both, "How about instead of fighting about it, you'll both be in charge?". He desperately looks in between the bickering teens hoping his plan will work.
"I guess", Scorpius mutters, turning away from the conversation to sit on the living room couch. The weight of the soft cushion changed with his presence.
Rose looks at her uncle in thought and finally agrees. She makes her way over to her parents.
Harry looks at Draco, laying his head on his shoulder. "Why must parenting be so hard?". Draco looks down at his husband and puts his hands in his dark wavy locs, slowly massaging at his scalp. "Everything in life is hard, you just have to do your best."
A feet away Hermione looks Rose in the eye making sure she understands how serious she is. "Make sure nobody does anything they shouldn't, and always know where everybody is." Rose nods her head, looking bored. "Verbal response please Rose" Hermione grits. "Yes, Ma'am. I understand" Rose affirms
Hermione moves Rose's ginger hair through fingers, feeling the softness and smiles. She reaches forward and kisses her forehead. "Alright Rosie be good." She smiles and then runs her thin fingers through her own curly hair.
"Hurry up, we need to go" yelled Ron from the car. "Well we got to go be safe," Draco says. Earning a chorus of byes from the five kids. The adults walked down the sidewalk quickly getting in the car to not annoy Ron even more than he already was.
They all waved goodbye as the car went down the road. The adults were already laughing at something Harry had said.
"Ok everyo-" Rose stopped in the middle of her sentence "Lily, Scorp where did James and Hugo go?" "How would we know, aren't you the one in charge" Scorpius grumbled "Not the time, Scorp" Rose said as she ran up the stairs with Lily and Scorpius in toll
How could they already be up to trouble, when their parents had just left. That was beyond Rose.

Right when our parents were out of view, Hugo and I ran up the stairs into Aunt 'Mione's Office. Completely ignoring what was told of us. I mean come on, rules were meant to be broken.
"You ready to find some cool stuff up here?" Hugo asked, "Of course I am, there must be some reason why she doesn't let us in here".
I immediately went to a cabinet searching through all the knick-knacks and stuff when one thing caught my eye. It was shiny and golden. It had to be something special. " Hugo look what I found" Hugo turned around with a curious look on his face. "Oh what do you think it is?" I turned back around the object laying in my hand, excitement filled my face. " I don't know, but it looks cool, I wonder what it does?"

As we run up the stairs, my eyes glance around for anything out of the normal. Everything seemed to be in place till I saw it. I groaned, " Mom's office door is open, good grief." What could they be doing? I walk into the office to see James holding a Time-Turner. "James put that down!", I shouted. He drops the Time-Turner, golden sand laying everywhere, then all I see is white. I faintly hear a scream or two then it all goes black as I feel a force tug on me.
I start to open my eyes trying to see where we're at, but I'm distracted by Scorpius' face so close to mine. "Scorpius, will you get off of me!" His face looks at me in confusion. "I can't Hugo is on my leg!" He shouts "Ugh, Hugo will you get up" Hugo stands up a sheepish look on his face as he rubs the back of his neck. "Sorry about" he awkwardly chuckles. Scorpius reaches out a hand to help me up, "Sorry about that Rosie," Scorpius says as he nervously rubs the back of his neck. "It's ok Scorp," I say as I take his hand. Hoping my forgiveness sounded meaningful. As I brush myself off Lily taps my shoulder and points behind us. "What is it-" I asked, but immediately cut myself off when I realized we were in the Great Hall.
