Summary
At the start of their seventh year, Rose Weasley and Scorpius Malfoy are named Head Girl and Boy. Both want to enjoy their last year at Hogwarts. On the train, Rose makes Scorpius agree that their relationship will be strictly professional, ignoring his protests that he hasn't liked her since fourth year. Scorpius wants to keep the peace, but he can't help but hold onto hope that they can be friends. During the year, they confront their impending future, and Rose finds herself unable to maintain the distance that she had hoped for.
