   Summary

   They had their little talk, and they made their little promise. However, after chaos sparks between ASEAN due to a certain scent being picked up from Vietnam, Belarus and Thailand have to figure out just what it means to be there for one another. It was a promise they made, and it's a promise they intend to keep. They can only hope that it's a promise that won't end terribly, with both of their horrible coping mechanims rubbing off on each other in the meantime.
