This is an introduction page for this fan fiction, and will clear up many of the small changes made in the original Pride and Prejudice. I'll have a full character list here as well as explanations. This paragraph is more for those well acquainted with Pride and Prejudice. I thought that Snape would be a good fit for Mr. Wickham, especially as he helped warp Lizzie/Lily's view of Darcy/James. However, that couldn't translate to Lydia/Petunia running away with him, so I decided that I would add Vernon as a side character who would swoop in, as a friend of Wickham's. I also decided on Remus being Jane as he would absolutely fit into that "most beautiful in the whole town" role. Walburga, despite not being James's aunt, would be just as much of a prejudiced and ill intentioned character that it would work for both James and Sirius.
If you haven't read or watched Pride and Prejudice before, you can definitely still reach this fan fiction and understand what's going on! Just enjoy the balls, pining, and enemies to lovers.
