Summary
Aether never really forgave the cryo user for what happened that day, slightly annoyed at his flirts that he throws here and there whenever they meet. Even though his instincts told him that the whole situation was suspicious that day, he was embarrassed that he fell for those lies and that damn charm.
As the months passed, as much as he didn’t want to admit it, Kaeya’s sweet talk made its way into Aether's heart for some reason, so much so that he developed feelings for the captain.
Maybe it was the way his voice had a seductive tone whenever he speaks, or just because he how to make people flustered.
Eventually, the traveller’s feelings grew within him, and it came to the point that he caught himself staring at Kaeya once, then proceeded to bury himself in the commissions and work he received to refrain from even thinking about the cavalry captain.
