There were only 12 days until Christmas break Nathaniel and Marc were excited about it. They have planned that they would hang out during the Hallidays.
Nathaniel's POV
I finally got to school on time all week so far I have slept in. looking around I found my two best friends, Alex and Marc, and rushed over to them so we could talk before class.
"Wow Nath your final hear on time." Alex yelled out well I came over to the two.
"Ya you called last night I didn't go back to bed." I said rolling my eyes. We all had the normal conversation we would usually have. My eyes kept wandering to Marc's, it was strange I couldn't keep my mind off him lately.
"The bell is going to ring in a few minutes we should get our books." Marc said. That was the first thing he said today. We agreed and walked to our lockers. As I opened my locker a note fell out and it read, 'dear Nathaniel I've been wanting to tell you something for a while now but don't want to tell you who I am in till Christmas break but I will leave clues to who I am.' I was curious but excited about having a secret admirer. I called the others over to see the note. Alex pointed out that the person who was writing the note typed it out instead of writing it.
Time skip
Marc's POV
At least at lunch I could finally get to talk with my friends. I and my friends weren't lucky enough to get the same classes but at least we had the same lunch.
"Hay Marc," Nath began "so Alex went homesick so it's just me and you today." I nodded in agreement. It was silent between us until.
"Hay so I was wondering if you would like to go to Marinett's bakery after school?"
"Y-ya s-sure." I replied timidly. I didn't notice that my face was getting warm until Nathaniel pointed out that I was blushing. I hid my face in my hands in embarrassment.
"Hay so are we still going to your place tonight to work on the comic?" I asked.
"Ya sure if you want." Nath replied.
Time skip
After school I and Nath went to Marinette's bakery
"Can we have one macaron each." Nath asked politely. We got our macaroni's and started walking to his house.
"Hay Marc." Nath said
"Ya?" I asked
"I have a question."
"What is it?"
"Do you like any of the girls in the school?"
I stopped in my tracks "I-I," I took a breath "n-no."
"Come on I can tell you like someone."
"I do."
"But you side you don't like any of the girls."
"I don't like any of the girls because I'm gay. Didn't I tell you that last month?"
"...oh ya I'm so so sorry I forgot."
"It's ok." I giggled. Later when we got to Nath's house I got a call. I didn't answer I was too scared to.
"Who was that ?"
"My-my dad."
"Why?"I shrugged and texted his saying 'told you I'm staying at my friend's house.'
After a while of planning our comic we put on a horror movie. We were snuggled together the whole time because I was scared.
Nathaniel's POV
Well we were waiting for the movie Marc fell asleep on my chest. I didn't mind because we were just friends. Shortly after I fell asleep.
