six months later, doyoung tells him that they have been dating for five. taeyong doesn't argue; he simply nods and gives doyoung an oversized stuffed bear he'd seen while buying his weekly groceries in the town's smallest store. it was on sale for valentine's day, and it was actually the kiosk lady who suggested he buy it if he had anyone special to give it to for the holiday - he didn't correct her by saying doyoung wasn't anyone special when she rung it up, along with his single carton of eggs and loaf of bread.
