Summary
"Namjoon gasped, holding his hand to his heart. “Crabs are not food,” he reprimanded.
“What are they then?” Taehyung asked and Namjoon took the teasing for what it was.
“Jewels,” Namjoon declared, hopping off the rock.
“Oh,” Taehyung said. He kicked his feet and batted his lashes. Namjoon liked this side of Taehyung. It was… youthful. “I have never had a suitor offer me such fine crab jewelry before.”
Namjoon grinned and kneeled in the sand. “My first three wives only demanded the finest of fine crabs from me,” he said, solemnly. Taehyung leaned forward.
“I demand better,” Taehyung purred and something passed between them; something that made the hair on Namjoon’s arms stand up. It was somewhere between playing and not. The air cracked and molded around them like a blanket.
“I can do better,” Namjoon said, soft. Taehyung’s lips parted in surprise before he smiled. It almost reached his eyes."
