*This Winter*
Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart is a respectable army Brigadier with more than thirty years in the force, the Brigadier has seen it all from wars to peace treaties, from loyal friends to turned enemies, but nothing comes close to what he would have seen in the army when he meets a mysterious young woman with knowledge of him and she soon earns his trust when she mentions something only he would know.
Get ready and fasten your seatbelts for the journey of a lifetime, as Alistair and this young woman take you on a journey through friendship, love, betrayals and the loss of loved ones. "Sir we found this young woman hanging around, she said she wanted to speak with you."
"Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, Brigadier in the army. Served more than thirty years in the army, how much more do you need to know."
"How do you know so much about me? Who are you?"
"Stewart, Kate Stewart."
*Alistair meets a young woman and is taken on a journey*
"It doesn't matter Brigadier, this man betrayed you and are you willing to trust him again."
"This army is all about forgiveness and second chances, Miss Stewart and I will not be influenced into turning against him."
"Forgiveness! What about Danielle? Did she receive your forgiveness?"
*A ghost from his past forces him to face his demons*
"Hello Alistair."
"What happened wasn't Danielle's fault."
"She promised me that my wife would be safe, and she wasn't. Danielle killed my wife by leaving her for dead."
"I was protecting you Alistair, she wasn't faithful to you and I discovered something, something that I couldn't risk letting you die for."
*A secret she kept hidden from him*
"What is it that you knew about her Danielle?"
"Rachel was actually a spy from our enemies, she had planned to trick him by leading him to a deserted place and would have left him for dead. I couldn't handle that, because I was hiding something else from him."
"Like what Danielle?"
"Doesn't matter anymore Kate, Alistair said all he needed too when his wife died and he pinpointed the blame squarely on me. So I quit the army and disappeared, nothing could have prepared me for my life ahead, everyone blamed me and I decided to go to the only place I knew where I felt truly safe."
*And from her family*
"I told you Kate that I will not be influenced into turning against anyone who deserves forgiveness."
"Danielle deserves your forgiveness she didn't kill your wife, she found her and tried to save her but your wife wanted to make sure that you saw Danielle covered in her blood."
"Rachel died in my arms and she told me that it was Danielle who had attacked her."
"And you believed her like the puppy dog you are. My mother was right, you can be stubborn and now I know she was right."

Words from the creator; "It's amazing when you think up ideas for a new story series, and to be honest I wanted to do a story series which is actually centred around Kate Stewart - who is the love child of Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart and Danielle Wolfe, though Alistair has no idea that he has a daughter. One day, Kate discovers that something has gone wrong and she finds her mother dying in her future, this is when Kate realises who she is and learns of her powers which she uses accidentally when she gets angered by how her own father (who doesn't even know that she exists) had treated her mother, which actually sends her back in time to meet the very man she hates at the moment. *sighs and breaths.* I mean for Kate, this is a new level in her life, she meets her father in the past and she knows of this knowledge about him, and he doesn't even know who she is. There's no initial background for her, and to him, Kate Stewart doesn't exist - clearly we know why but he doesn't and I think to me that's what creates a good storyline - because you have this character who travels back in time and meets their parent, and this character does not exist in that place and time because the character has not yet been born let alone conceived."
