Meet Kate Stewart
Katie Louisa Wolfe Lethbridge-Stewart, commonly known as Kate, is the daughter of Danielle Wolfe and Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart. She is a Demon-Goddess, specifically a demi soulless creature, that was raised solely by adoptive parents, who deliberately kept Kate oblivious to both Danielle's and Alistair's purposes for not being involved in her life. It's later discovered that by herself that she is not an only child via her birth parents, when Danielle reveals the full truth to Kate's conception and the reason why Alistair was not present in her life along with her mother.
Despite her birth parents leaving her following her conception and birth, Kate's adoptive parents had never spoke ill of her birth mother Danielle to Kate, even when Kate discovered the truth about what had happened, Danielle explains to her daughter that Alistair does not know of her or her sister. Kate questions her on why her father doesn't know this and Danielle admits the truth and what had happened. Danielle further explains that Kate and her sister are the love children of herself (Danielle) and Alistair, upon Danielle discovering she was pregnant, she went to tell Alistair but he condemned her as the killer of his then wife, Rachel. Danielle arms Kate with the information that she did not kill Rachel and tells her the truth about Rachel. Upon telling Kate the truth, Danielle indirectly admits that Alistair treated her poorly and did not believe her about not killing Rachel, following this something goes terribly wrong and Danielle falls seriously ill and is on her deathbed in 2060.
Out of anger of how her birth father had treated her mother, Kate ends up activating her powers and her emotions reacted to her anger, causing Kate to self-actualize and travelled back in time to 1974 in order to learn about her Father's true intentions and why he accused Danielle of murder and ultimately (and unknowingly) abandoned his daughters. Kate finds a newspaper and learns that she is in 1974, the year which everything had gone wrong for her mother, she then goes to UNIT and is put under military arrest by Sergeant Benton, and is taken to Alistair's office.
"Sir we found this young woman hanging around, she said she wanted to speak with you." Says Benton after entering the Brigadier's office, the Brigadier who is sat in his chair stops writing and looks up to see Benton and the woman stood beside him.
"And who are you miss?" Asks Alistair as he stands up.
Kate sighs frustratingly; before replying to the Brigadier "Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, Brigadier in the army. Served more than thirty years in the army, how much more do you need to know."
"How do you know so much about me? Who are you?"
"Stewart, Kate Stewart."
