20th of Lúnasa, Year 342 of the Reign of Lady Elmenore
Dear Mother,
You and father left today. I still don't quite understand why. You both have only been gone for a fortnight but I miss you both terribly already. Grandmama says you'll write but it's not quite the same. So I will write to you as well. This way we'll both have exciting stories to tell each other. Today, Dr. Nesbitt brought back some shiny things from a gala that some Seelie were holding. Grandmother made him return everything but I managed to keep a ring that fit my finger quite well. The stone reminded me of father's eyes, it was a lovely blue with little dashes of violet when you hold it to the light! It doesn't feel powerful, so I don't think anyone will miss it terribly. I'm going to put on one of the ribbons you gave me and then I'll be able to carry about something that reminds me of you as well as him together.
Grandmother Morri is calling me now, so I must leave.
Love,
Fearne

Dear Father,
It's been a little bit since I've written and I can't remember who I wrote to last so I decided to write to you this time. Grandmother Morri has decided that since I've turned 79 that she'll FINALLY begin teaching me more magic. I tried a little today and druidcrafted some absolutely lovely poison ivy for some visitors to Faerie that tried to hunt down Sweet Pea. He was just trying to be friendly and they tried to stab him, the poor thing.
Don't worry, he's doing much better. I gave his scales a little bit of a rub down and then polished them so they're nice and shiny again. You can't even tell he was covered in blood and viscera anymore! Grandmother did make me cast Cure Wounds on them as practice, which was mostly alright? Humans come in different colors, so I'm sure polka dots are perfectly normal and they look so much more lovely with them. I managed to sneak off with a tiny little pouch that one of them had! It was filled with lovely little berries. I think I'll give one to Dr. Nesbitt when he comes to visit.
It's time for tea now.
I miss you both terribly and hope you can come back soon.
Love,
Fearne

Dear Parents,
I wish you could have made Grandmother Morri's 700th birthday this year. She said you wouldn't be able to come but I missed you both horribly regardless. What is the world like in the other planes? Do they have lovely things like they do here in Faerie? Do they have things like Seelie and Unseelie Court here? Are they a bit more pleasant than the ones here? I'm sorry I've given you so many questions and I haven't even told you anything about Grandmother's gala. (Well, it technically wasn't a gala because we didn't wish to upstage Lady Elmenore, but far more people came to Grandmother's "wee little get together" than to that ostentatious event Elmenore had.)
It was absolutely lovely. I helped with decorations and druidcrafted some lovely boughs of oleander and Catha sprite lures to hang from the ceiling as well as some lovely toadstools that gave off little puffs of lavender when you sat on them. I wanted to practice a sleep spell on them but Grandmother said she wanted guests not full-time visitors so I refrained. I did enchant them to take small little trinkets with their mycelium from time to time as little mementos from the party. Let's see I found;
- a lovely iridescent feather, that probably came from Lord of the Weeping Meadowlarks hat. It was huge and absolutely drenched with feathers and pearls
- a small diary, it smells a little like Sweet Pea's mouth after he's had a big snack but the pages are filled and it's absolutely fascinating. It's probably from one of Grandmother Morri's Unseelie friends.
- a bar of soap, that smells of cinnamon. I gave Bumpers a little bath with it and it turned her fur green just like my hair so now we match!
- a little square of buttery silver leather, it's lovely and thin but so strong? I wonder if it came from the Spider folk but I didn't see any at the party.
I found a lot more trinkets but I think I will save them for when you come back to Faerie, you both can be surprised by all the lovely shinies I've collected since you've both been gone.
I miss you both terribly.
Love,
Fearne

Dear Mother and Father,
I've made a new friend! I've decided to call him Little Mister, he's a little monkey and he's absolutely lovely. He loves getting little scritches from me and breathes fire. He's very warm and cuddly. He reminds a little bit of my bear, Peepers, that I had to leave behind with Grandmother Morri. Oh, I'm in the Prime Material Plane now! Just like you two! So maybe I'll run into you both somewhere in Exandria. I also had to leave all my trinkets behind in but don't worry, that just means that I'll have more space to collect lovely trinkets during my travels here. I did bring the ribbon that Mother left behind with me though, with the ring. Just so I have a tiny bit of you both with me at all times. but I also have some hemlock wrapped about my staff that I borrowed from Grandmother Morri's garden but I don't think she'll mind terribly much.
Oh, I think I've met some people for an adventure? I think. I'll know more when we get started!

Dear Mother and Father,
It's been a bit since I've written you both. So so so many things have happened since I last wrote that I have no idea where to start. My lovely friend, well all of my new friends are lovely but if you ask me she is the loveliest one, Opal says to just talk about the exciting things so that's where I'll start.
We have a crown! Well, we found a crown and the crown is now on Opal's head which she's not terribly happy about but I think it looks absolutely lovely on her. It used to belong to one of the Betrayer Gods, a spider queen, so honestly, Opal is an upgrade. We found an ancient ruin that isn't really a ruin but actually a city full of so many people and shiny things and some of the most delicious food I've ever had. Yes, even better than Father's but it's been so long that I may be mistaken. I'll just have to take you here and you'll judge for yourself. Let's see what else, oh we're being hunted by assassins! So everything is terribly exciting at the moment if a little tiring. Opal says she's tired now and wants to take nap with Little Mister and me, so I stop here for now. But really, she looks absolutely lovely and while I can't draw I think I will get a lock of her hair as a trinket to share a little bit of her loveliness with you.
Love,
Fearne
P.S. Opal says "thank you Fearne's Mom and Dad for Fearne's awesome titty rack."
P.P.S. Opal says that she meant it in the most respectful way possible.
