Work Text:
"Хочешь солнце вместо лампы?
Хочешь за окошком Альпы?
Хочешь, я отдам все пeсни?
Про тебя отдам все пeсни"
"How did you get married, Mommy?"
Recently, Sopha's been hearing this question a lot, but she won't have time to answer her son. She was too busy at work with a lot of reports and documents. Besides, she needed to prepare for their family trip to Japan. But here her son is, asking the same question on her weekend. Fedya just couldn't help being curious, and Sopha sat him near herself on the couch, smiled softly and closed her eyes.
- You know, sunshine, I remember this day very well...
Truly, she kept the day Valya had proposed to her in her memory. It seemed to be very close, but in reality it happened more than 10 years ago.
The sunset was of a beautiful orange shade that day. The rain had just finished, which made the young couple hide under a small cornice of the local shop. But even though the rain had seased, the couple didn't hurry to leave the place. Sopha and Valya sat comfortably on the staircase. singing along to their favourite songs playing on Sagevoy's phone. "Do you want?" by Zemphyra was a special one, as Valentin had confessed to Sophy to it. They kissed to the same song. they had their first time to it as well. This song had a strong assotiation with Sophy's boyfriend. So when he stood up and offered her his hand for a dance, she immediatly took it, standing up and leying her head on his shoulder. Sagevoy's voice sounded calming making a perfect match with Zempyra's. Sopha got lost in the sense of warm and love, in her emotions. She woke up from her deep thoughts when the familiar voice called her after the song ended.
"Will you marry me?"
To say that she felt happy would be an understatement. She couldn't make a single word, she just embraced her her future husband and nodded eagerly until she heard sniffles. Releasing the man and taking his face in her hands, Lososyova laughed quietly. Valya cried, cried of happiness.
"- Gosh, Valya, your makeup'll be ruined. Don't cry, please!
- Sorry, Sopha, I... I just can't."
