Irina Rozanova missed Russia. The cold bit her skin with an addicting kind of pain, one that was dulled by cigarettes and sharpened again with hunger pains as her father, Andrei Rozanov, again lost his money to coke. Canada was fine, it was cold, but a different kind of cold, one that didn't bite as hard. Her Uncles Shane and Ilya were always kind and made sure there was food on the table for her after her dreaded Hockey practice with that bitch Ruby Pike. Oscar Piastri is his platoon's only specially trained sniper and he was practically left for dead when Major Mark Webber commanded him to stay in a forest where nobody from the army was until the warhorn sounded. He didn't really encounter anyone until he spotted shadows in the rain (somehow) and before he could even aim properly, he was shot in the abdomen but in a desperate attempt, shoots the people shielded by the rain.
He was taken in by the same guy he shot but there was no bitter intent coming out of the man's mouth. Maybe there was but they spoke little. Oscar was taken care of for the night but the man that took care of him was on the enemy team so he headed off back into the forest
