He shrugs. “Nah worse van Johnny,” he replies and nods over to Johnny, another new acquaintance you’ve made. He’s rather loud and a bit brash but rather funny and charming.
”Mind if I join you?” You request permission.
He pulls a chair up almost against his seat and motions for you to sit. You sit down and lean back. Simon manspreads in the wooden chair and you sip your beer trying not to giggle. He glances at you. You shake your head.

The problem is in enemy territory with spies being hunted and brutally punished Colin cannot be sure who to trust and neither can Madame Anne.
