I.
White snow covered the roofs of Mondstadt. Chimneys emitting smoke, lights from several opened windows, christmas wreaths could be found every door, hymns and prayers sang by the people.
Usually before night fell, the children of Mondstadt's prominent clans would gather in the Ragvindr's domain--Dawn Winery. They played along with their playmates till they returned home to celebrate with their family. It's been a tradition.
"Welcome to Dawn Winery, Miss Jean and Miss Barbara," The typical red haired adult greeted them. "Diluc, Kaeya and Eula are waiting inside." He brought the two young ladies inside to his estate.
The Gunnhildr, the Ragvindr and the Lawrence clan. The third of them being Mondstadt's most prominent clans. Despite how corrupted the Lawrence may be, young Eula proved to them that she wasn't the likes of them.
The children greeted in joy as Jean and Barbara joined in. They would usually have a sneaky santa event. Bought gifts to be shared anonymously. No one knows who will get whose.
Master Crepus would sit on his couch by the fireplace, listening to the joys of his sons with his friends. They sang, they cheered, such pure happiness could be felt by looking at their huge smiles.
"Anyways, let's unwrap some presents underneath the tree!" Kaeya exclaimed and grabbed one of the presents. These are all gifts from Crepus himself to his sons and his friends.
Kaeya carefully unwrapped his. A set of knights and dragon toys. It might look ordinary, but to kids, these are some sources of fun. Kaeya grabbed a dragon toy and started to swing it around.
"Haha, the dragon came to attack!"
Eula immediately grabbed one of the knights from the box.
"No, you may not defeat us! I'll protect everyone here from danger!" She played along. The two kids had fun playing with Kaeya's gift. Diluc, Jean and Barbara were also enjoying their little show.
Crepus took a glance at them before he shifted back to see the warmth of the fireplace.
"I hope the joy would continue on every year…" a faint smile bloomed on his lips.
