   War has broken out between the Detective Agency and the Port Mafia, all because of the mastermind, Dostoevsky. The Agency knows who's the real enemy, but they find themselves forced to fight against the Mafia. Ranpo's strategy is to let them fight while he deals with Chuuya, the strongest Mafia's executive. Everyone doesn't want him to do that, since he has no ability to counter his enemy, but he has something up his sleeve.
