Work Text:
Logan had been sitting in his room, eyes fixed on the roof with a galaxy and the most outstanding constellations scattered all about. It was fascinating, really.
He had heard it all. Of course he had, he’s apart of Thomas. The whole conversation with this ‘Nico Flores’ and also how Thomas had managed to accidentally woo a stranger in the bathroom (he couldn’t help but secretly pity the poor guy.)
Another thing he had heard was Virgil. Being brave. Not that Logan had ever doubted Virgil or believed that he couldn’t be brave at all. If anything, he was proud. The anxious side had never done anything like it so it was a big moment for him.
Speaking of Virgil, the side sunk into Logan’s room like he always did, knowing he did not need an invitation. A smile spread across his face, purple, sparkly eyeshadow lingered beneath his dark brown eyes. Logan couldn’t help but smile as well.
“L, did you see that?! I done it- I was actually brave!” Virgil settled down beside Logan, who had been sitting on his bed with his back against the headboard.
“That was very courageous of you, Virge. I knew you could do it,” cooed Logan, gazing down at Virgil with admiration in his eyes. Virgil merely stared back at him, the same sort of admiration in his eyes as well.
Logan, with no hesitation whatsoever, placed a kiss to the top of Virgil’s head in a oh-so gentle manner, as if he was afraid he’d damage the latter, as if he were fragile, “i’m very proud of you, Virgil.” He stated, watching as Virgil moved so that he could rest his head on the logical side’s lap. “Now, tell me about this ‘Nico Flores.’ What’s he like?”
Virgil happily explained everything to Logan, smile never faltering nor did he stop talking about Nico. Logan liked seeing his boyfriend like this, happy and carefree (not too carefree, of course.)
