After a bad break-up, Steve decides to leave LA. Where he’ll go doesn’t really matter, he just needs to get out of this town, away from its memories. At least for a little while. He gives his two colleagues some leave, then looks up destinations on the internet. He finds a lovely cottage in Surrey, and after exchanging messages with its owner, Natasha, books a flight for London. One day in, he decides he’s made a mistake and prepares to go back to LA when his night is interrupted by the very seductive James, who happens to be related to Natasha.
After a fabulous night of sex, they part ways but Steve is convinced to stay a bit more. He gets to know James, and the man seems to have a lot of conquests… But is everything really as it seems?
On the other side of the globe, Natasha settles in Steve’s house, meets his neighbour Arthur and makes friends with the old man. She meets Sam, a colleague of Steve’s ex and together they convince Arthur to attend a ceremony in his honour. All of this allows her to forget about her ex - engaged to the woman he cheated her on - until the man shows up on her doorstep.
